Delivery & Collections

 

Delivery

Delivery will be made between the hours of 7am and 5pm.

Order will be delivered to a ground floor area within close proximity of delivery vehicle.

If this is not the case Delivery/Collection terms must be discussed and agreed with Eventus Hire management prior to delivery day.

Collection

Collection will be made between the hours of 7am and 5pm.

All Hire Items delivered must be presented for collection at the same place they were delivered.

All items should be stacked or boxed etc as when delivered.

All China and cutlery should be put back in boxes provided, they should be scraped clean of food.

Glassware should be empty and put back in crates provided.

Any items not available must be notified to the office prior to collection.

Missing Items may attract a further hire charge and or a collection charge.
